Your A** Did Not Wake Up In A Bugatti

So I have always felt this certain kind of way about the quality of Rap music and how it relates to the people who listen to it. It has been rubbing me the wrong way and pissing me the fuk off!I went to a bar last night and I was just peeping the seen and you know how the DJ plays those certain songs that gets the crowd hype and everybody sings along. I noticed that the two songs that had the crowd the most hype were called Bugatti and All my ni^^as look rich as fuk. Now my issue is I can't relate to these songs and most of the people singing them can't either. Your a** did not wake up in a Bugatti let alone a new one.Half of these people didn't even know what a Bugatti was until this song. If you and your ni**as were rich as fuk you wouldn't be in this club. Why do my people like these songs that are not about them or for them. Oh wait this music is as a matter of fact. This is the kind of music that makes young kids feel like they have to have the most expensive possessions to be respected or on something and it also does the same thing for some adults.This music is meant to control our youth socially. Then that's when the "get it by any means" starts coming into play and we have drug dealers, purse snatchers,and crimes of fraud. Now I'm not blaming the things people do solely on rap lyrics and visibility but it does factor into some peoples actions. When you are young most of the time you don't understand that these artist that are making this music are just putting on a show. All they see is the glitz and glam and wanting to be rich and actually to ride in a Bugatti. It pisses me the fuk off.com that the music I love the most has lost its substance for the most part over time. Now I'm not saying that I don't listen to some of the "ratchet" stuff myself. Get your life! All music doesn't have to be serious but why does most of the music we listen to glorify things that my people don't have , can't afford, and most of us will never see because of the strategic ways to keep us from having them. It's like someone taking ish from you and using your brother or sister to rub the ish in your face!#PissedtheFukOff
